Two years of work, and years more of dreams.
Look to Edgar Allan Poe, and his mass-printed fantasy of trans-Atlantic balloon flight --
Look to those who dreamed, tried for greatness, and ditched into the ocean —
And look to those who dreamed and succeeded with only Wind, Helium, and Hope...
Yet, never like this. The Atlantic Ocean has been crossed many times, and in may ways, but never quite like this.
In a great tradition, but in a fashion unlike anything that has ever gone before. In a great tradition, yet with great trepidation, we move forward into flight. The Great White Whale of Adventure, the great Atlantic Ocean. An expedition of true adventure, even in our modern times. Riding the winds, to destinations unknown at launch. An expedition of a scope and scale spanning countries, continents, and thousands of miles of open ocean-- the big blue deep-- as traversed from the big blue sky.
